Hi, I'm Ruth

I’m what you might call an Inter-Stellar Shaman and the creator of Embodied Energetics® - a living bridge between Heaven and Earth. My work guides humans to evolve, expand, and embody their highest potential, weaving together astrology, planetary archetypes, Gene Keys and multidimensional layers of the Self - because everything “out there” reflects what lives within.

I hold the gift of Transmutation - the ability to dissolve dense energies, emotions, and timelines that keep you tethered to the past. Since childhood, I’ve perceived other dimensions, though it’s taken years of lived experience and deep practice to truly understand and master the gifts I now embody.

I’ve always been energy-sensitive - the Black Sheep, the Seer, the one who felt everything. Adapting to this world was never easy, but that sensitivity became my initiation - the catalyst for a lifelong quest to uncover the ‘I AM’ beneath layers of conditioning, ancestry, and inherited patterns.

My healing journey began in my teens with Reiki, but by my late twenties, my health started to unravel. Strange visions, energetic distortions, and psychic overwhelm became part of daily life. People told me what I was doing “wasn’t Reiki” — and they were right. Something else was awakening through me.

Over the years, I explored many modalities, gathering tools and insights, but the more I learned, the more I realised I was walking between worlds - constantly leaving my body to work in higher realms while my physical health declined. It was a paradox: the more light I accessed, the less embodied I became.

“Just ground,” they said. “Align your energy.” But none of it worked - until I met Eastern monks who could truly explain what was happening. Under their guidance, I devoted 15 years to the Taoist path - a discipline of profound devotion that ultimately led me to become a Taoist Energy Master. 

This anchored me deeply in my body and connected me directly to Pure Source, teaching me the critical importance of discernment in the energy world.

Walking this path has been marked by trials, initiations, and more than a few cosmic faceplants. I’ve lost everything more than once and rebuilt from the ground up - materially, spiritually, and energetically. 

Those experiences taught me how to harness Creation Energy itself - not as an abstract idea, but as a lived, embodied force. Every fall, every reset, refined the frequency I now hold and share through my work.
